Abstract
Abstract:
Working long hours at a makeshift shelter in place desk can exacerbate the usual challenges of work. I will share some quick and effective stretches, poses, and breathing techniques that can be done right at your desk, on a break, or anytime you need a reset. These practices are for everyone no matter your physical ability, injuries, or stress levels. Wearing comfortable clothes is ideal to move and stretch in preparation of practicing these moves near to and at your desk. Look forward to seeing you and practicing together. https://www.bodywisdomintuition.com/

Improving Zoom accessibility for people with hearing impairments
- People with hearing impairments often use lipreading and speechreading to improve speech comprehension. This approach is helpful but only works if the speaker’s face and mouth are clearly visible. For the benefit of people with hearing impairments on Zoom calls, please enable your device’s camera whenever you are speaking on Zoom, and face the camera while you speak. (Feel free to disable your camera when you aren’t speaking.) Zoom hosts can reinforce this practice by setting the Video buttons (Host and Participants) to 'On', which is the camera default that applies when the host or participant begins a Zoom.
